A. Job Purpose
•Drive strategic planning initiatives to optimize aircraft maintenance programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and operational excellence.
•Facilitate seamless collaboration across multiple departments and teams, including regulatory bodies, maintenance control, and procurement, to achieve efficient execution of maintenance tasks and uphold aviation safety standards.
B. Key Accountabilities
AMOS Integration and Work Package Planning
• Coordinate with the AMOS team to define the approved Maintenance Program (MP) in the system within specified timelines, ensuring accuracy and completeness post-definition.
• Prepare comprehensive lists of tasks and required materials for scope enhancement at different stations, collaborating with Engineering procurement to ensure availability.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Control Center (MCC), Engineering Services, Powerplant and Line Maintenance to prepare and release daily aircraft work packages, optimizing planning efficiency and resource utilization.
Work Order Generation and Implementation Planning
• Generate work orders corresponding to the daily work package and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure their availability and accuracy in the system.
• Plan the implementation of work packages, considering available resources, aircraft layover downtime, and commercial operation requirements to minimize disruptions.
• Participate in daily production planning meetings to finalize work packages, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and timelines.
• Monitor aircraft movement sheet and create maintenance slots as per the wok planned.
• Release of the work package to MRO on time
• Follow up on the closure and report back of the work package.
• Monitor the task deferments and re-plan accordingly.
Material Procurement and Hangar Checks Coordination
• Coordinate with Engineering procurement team and stores to ensure availability of materials required for the next six months of work package forecast, optimizing inventory management.
• Prepare lists of materials required for Hangar Checks and coordinate to ensure their availability, facilitating smooth execution of maintenance tasks.
• Monitor the completion of scheduled checks and tasks, proactively addressing deferred tasks and rescheduling when necessary to maintain operational integrity.

F. Educational and Experience Requirements
Minimum Education requirements
• B. Tech/BE/B. Sc/bachelor’s degree in engineering (aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionics) or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
Experience
• 5-6 years relevant work experience in an aviation industry.
Minimum Desired
• 6+ years relevant work experience in an aviation industry.
• Practical experience in the application of ERP
