A. Job Purpose
• Follow up on all technical records for Aircraft induction, redelivery support and fleet record management.
• Ensure documents are prepared, scanned, and complied for all necessary internal and external audits.
B. Key Accountabilities
Technical Records
• Manage teams to ensure complete fleet records and maintained and updated periodically.
• Ensure collection of technical records post completion of maintenance tasks and data verification
• Ensure that all technical records are segregated, archived, and scanned as per organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all documentation related to mid-term and end-term audits of the lessor is completed.
• Provide necessary support to the concerned teams for DGCA audits.
• Lead preparation of all documents for ARC issuance
Team Management
• Lead the team and provide direction on execution / implementation of tasks by prioritizing functional and organization goals.
• Support team members in collaborating across multiple internal/external stakeholders.
• Support, nurture, and develop the team members’ skills.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

E. Key Interfaces
Internal Interfaces
Inter Department • Coordinate with Head of Maintenance for various audit checks and technical services.
• Liaise with Production team to identify risks and critical tasks and find solutions.
• Liaison with Training in Charge to conduct training to CAMO staff.
External Interfaces
DGCA Representatives • Coordinate with DGCA representatives on matters related to compliance
F. Educational and Experience Requirements
Minimum Education requirements
• An aircraft maintenance engineer qualification along with appropriate DGCA license or a relevant engineering degree (aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionics).
Experience
Minimum
• 5 years’ relevant work experience in an aviation industry of which a minimum of five years must be in executive level.
Desired
• Practical experience in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practice • 7 years relevant work experience in application of aviation safety operations
