Functional Activities
- Develop and uphold AME School operations, policies, procedures, and standards to align with top-tier industry benchmarks.
- Lead and manage a team consisting of instructors, administrators, and support staff, overseeing tasks such as recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including those stipulated by DGCA and other relevant agencies.
- Manage the budget effectively, identifying opportunities for cost-saving and optimizing resource allocation.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and implement necessary corrective actions.

Key Accountabilities
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR. |
