A.JobPurpose 
Manager Engg. Admn. & Support staff related Admin functions to achieve the ops. efficiency & service excellence. Assessing the pass section ops., reporting compliance with sec. protocols, & facilitating the pass issuance & validation for emp. at the location, & ensuring implementation of AEP Guidelines issued by Govt.
B.Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
-Prepare reports & documentation related to pass section activities, issuance, renewal, & revocation, reviewing pass application, verify eligibility, & determine pass types per org. policies & sec. regulations for all stakeholders and follow on AEP issues.
-AEP Documentation knowledge, Maintain accurate & up-to-date AEP records.
- Assess and report control measures per organizational and security guidelines.
-Coordinate AEP including application, document checks & liaison with all Engg. & Maint. staffs. Ensure on time delivery of AEPs & escalate issues to RMs. 
- Facilitate biometric card issuance, duty travel, visa assistance, hotel bookings, stock/document transfers, and liaison for airport IN/OUT activities; support FMSS and HR for new station setups. 
-Issuance of uniform & accessories & Projection for next fin. year. 
- Update Service Order for approved invoices in AMOS /Stock Transfer Order request for uniforms. 
-Dissemination of policies /procedures /Mgmt. reports, in alignment to company policies, regulatory, commercial, & internal requirements. 
- Address staff concerns on HR, welfare, HOTAC, transport, and uniforms; liaise with stakeholders.
-Verify invoices from OAL, MROs, Ground support agencies & Service providers. Maintain tracker of same & provide Monthly /Quarterly reports. 
-Coordination with airport authorities for Office facilities requirement, Maintenance requirement on bay & Space mgmt. 
-Contribute to cross-functional projects to implement administrative processes & IT systems that enhance staff welfare, Biometric attendance Mgmt.. 
-Ensure Attendance Records, Rosters, timesheets, schedules, databases, & statistical information is accurate & up to date. 
-Assist with the rectification of any station audit deficiencies & are rectified in a timely manner. 
-Actively promote need to maintain a safe working environment through compliance with the Safety Mgmt. Framework & workplace related health & safety legislation including the DGCA guidelines & Company SOPs. 
-Perform other ad-hoc administrative support & project-related tasks as assigned. 
-admin. support to the Managers. 
C.Skills/Qualities Required -Excellent interpersonal & comm. skills. -Ability to work independently, team player. -Attentive to details & enterprising. -Demonstrated in his current role a good track record & strong understanding of company policies/ procedures. -Excellent written & verbal skills (e.g. generating dashboard reports, PowerPoint) -Excellent organizational, time, task & priority Mgmt., Strong computer literacy (Microsoft suite, email, internet) 
Work Exp. -Min. 3 years work exp. as admin role in aviation /MRO out of which at least 1 year in a domestic airline or intnl. airline. 
-Admn. Exp., Knowledge working in a regulated envt. (Understanding of: Airport, Airline, Civil Aviation Safety & Aviation Sec. Regulations would be an advantage) 
-Working knowledge of the Airport operating & Safety environment. 
Qual: Postgraduate /MBA from a recognized Education Board Or Degree in Mech./Aeronautical Engg.
