Job Title- Associate Manager- Airport Planning
Job Location- Gurugram

Job Purpose-With the capacity expansion lined up in the time to come at group level, there is a need to have strategy of the group for our presence at new airports/terminals/meet our requirements at the global airports as well as ensure that we have strong relations with Indian/global airports/Govt. agencies/other airports related agencies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities-
Analysis of data for the group requirements at the airports.
Coordinate with several internal teams to ensure alignment with all key stakeholders (Scheduling & Slots, Commercial, Ground Ops. Operations and other departments) for airports/New Stations opening processes.
Monitor the existing airports infrastructure, slots and suggest improvements.
Prepare data for our requirements, do analysis of competition infrastructure at the airports.
Prepare business cases for our requirements at the airports & negotiations.
Liaison with the Government agencies for our infrastructure development.
Coordinate with other external stakeholders viz. airports, Ministries, ATC, etc.
Actively track and analyze competitor strategy at different airports Work with airports and internal stakeholders on agreements.
Candidate Attributes –Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with analytical tools like MS Excel. Excellent verbal/written communication skills Attention to detail and process oriented
Qualification –Masters in Business Administration OR Bachelor's degree/or equivalent experience in Engineering will be preferred
Work Experience
8+ years of experience in Analytics role (Data Analyst, Research Analyst/Business Analyst)
Airline experience in Network Planning/Ground Ops preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Masters in Business Administration OR Bachelor's degree/or equivalent in Engineering will be preferred.
5+ years of experience in Analytics role (Data Analyst, Research Analyst/Business Analyst) preferred.
Airline experience in Network Planning/Ground Ops preferred
