Job responsibilities - 

  • Establish and monitor KPIs, prepare financial forecasts, develop pricing strategies, oversee costing and conduct monthly business reviews
  • Collaborate with other departments within the training center, including instruction, maintenance, compliance, finance and support functions
  • Manage all administrative and operational functions and teams within the FTO
  • Ensure optimum scheduling of cadet pilot flight school and channel third-party training demand
  • Ensure safe and efficient functioning of the airport traffic and airfield operations
  • Negotiate and manage aviation training contracts, business operations and external stakeholder relationships
  • Manage key accounts and ensure timely and satisfactory customer support
  • Manage implementation and utilization of all digital systems for operations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, peer pricing and business development strategies

  • 10+ years of experience in managerial and oversight role related to operations

 

  • 5+ years experience in facility operations management
  • Experience in Senior training operations/airline operations/management roles with leading airlines

 

  • Experience in Operations / Business Development roles in ATOs/FTOs in India/Abroad

 

  • Experience in airfield / training institute operations
