Senior Manager-Cargo Operations West

Role: The role is to lead cargo operations across the region. The operations team across all stations will report into this role. 

Key Deliverables: 

1) Start Cargo operations in key stations with help of GHA for acceptance, screening, upliftment

2) Ensure maximum loadability on AI, AIX, UK flights from all stations in the region

3) Work closely with Sales to ensure priorities of cargo are well defined and communicated well to everyone in Operations team

4) Ensure accuracy in manifesting - weight, dimensions so as to avoid any revenue loss to the airline

5) Engage closely with BCAS, DGCA for audits of self handling facilities. Ensure all compliances like IOSA are met with no deviations

6) Work closely with terminal operators for adequate reporting to be shared with senior management. Also work on innovation in operations from beyond the industry.

7) Improve on ULD management by working closely with terminal operator and Ground Handler.
