Position: HR Business Partner – (Flt Ops) Department Human Resources

Location Mumbai

Role and Responsibilities: This is an individual contributor role with a span of approx. 1000 – 1500 employees.

1. Act as an employee champion through constant employee connects and other engagement avenues.

2. Manage employee relations processes like – o Statutory Compliances o Insurance o Payroll inputs o Rewards and Recognition

3. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

4. Manage complex employee relations issues and address grievances promptly.

5. Drive the employee engagement initiative for the business.

6. Collate relevant data for meaningful analysis on manpower, attrition, performance, R&R etc.

7. Support communication processes within the region to ensure consistency of culture, values and employee experience.

8. Provide HR policy guidance

9. Prepare various HR related reports on monthly basis.

10. Provide feedback to HR leadership on critical HR issues in the function.

Job Specification:

Education Qualification: 2 years full time MBA/PGDM in HR • 4- 6 yrs. Post qualification experience in HR •

Excellent communication skills 

Excellent stakeholder management skills 

Team player and good at resolving problems. 

Person should be open to work extended hours and should be comfortable to travel
