A. Job Purpose
A highly skilled Program Manager to lead airline marketing technology initiatives, integrating Agentic AI capabilities to deliver personalized, automated, and intelligent customer experiences. This role requires a blend of program management expertise, marketing technology knowledge, and AI-driven innovation to transform digital commerce platforms.
B. Key Accountabilities
Strategic Activities:
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of marketing technology projects – from strategy to implementation.
- Own accountability for platform adoption, integration, and optimization across Adobe Experience Cloud tools or similar tools.
- Drive strategic conversations with marketing and business units, translating campaign goals into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, technology, and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and security standards.
- Champion data-driven decision-making and personalization strategies.
- Prepare and present executive-level updates, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
C. Skills Required for the Role
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign Manager, Adobe Target, AEM or similar.
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation workflows.
- Familiarity with tag management systems (Adobe Launch, GTM) and data layer design.
- Good technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows between marketing and CRM systems.

E. Key Interfaces
Internal Interfaces:
- Leadership & Stakeholders: Provide regular updates to management on technical analysis progress, issues, and risks, and seek approval for any change in plans as needed.
- Project & Other Teams: Collaborate closely with project teams including developers, testers, and project managers to ensure smooth deployment of projects. Collaborate with the security team to address any security concerns or vulnerabilities during deployment and ensure that proper security measures are in place.
External Interfaces:
- Vendors & Suppliers: Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to manage tasks and support for deployment, such as software configuration, development, testing, or third-party services.
F. Educational and Experience Requirements
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing technology or martech consulting.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Certifications in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, or related platforms preferred.
