Tech Lead (Salesforce Solutions) 

A leading IT company is looking for a tech lead who can design, develop, and deliver Salesforce solutions for various clients. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead a team of Salesforce developers and consultants to deliver high-quality solutions that meet requirements and expectations. 

• Architect and implement Salesforce solutions using best practices and industry standards. 

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team and ensure adherence to coding standards, quality processes, and documentation. 

• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications. 

• Manage the development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and support of Salesforce solutions. 

• Research and evaluate new technologies and trends in the Salesforce ecosystem and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. 

• At least (4-6), (6-8), (8-10) years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integrations. 

• At least 4 years of experience in leading and managing Salesforce projects and teams. 

• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, and preferably Certified Salesforce Technical Architect or Application Architect. 

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices. 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
