Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Functional Activities
- Manage and maintain various operational systems used in the IOCC function, ensuring their reliability, functionality, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions to address operational challenges and improve processes.
- Provide technical support and assistance to users of operational systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in systems management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to operational systems.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by TL Systems or departmental leadership.
Product Management
- Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring it meets business objectives and customer needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of product features and updates, adhering to the product development lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders into the product development process.
- Analyze product profitability and develop strategies to maximize revenue and reduce costs.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and disruptions.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
