Sr.Associate-Contract Management
A. Job Purpose
• Monitor and execute operational tasks for procurement requirements from the F&B service
provider
• Manage with assigned F&B service provider accounts for daily operations.
• Establish strong inter departmental relationship with Procurement & Supply Chain (P&SC) and
provides time bound execution of tenders.
• Assist Sr manager to define F&B specifications like menu grids, meal ratios & service requirements
to enable P&SC to offer best in class procurement to F&B services.
B. Key Accountabilities
F&B Service Provider Management
• Assist the Senior Manager in planning RFX activities in alignment with the F&B Strategy and
procurement objectives.
• Support benchmarking initiatives for F&B services against industry standards to optimize
commercial outcomes.
• Conduct market research to identify potential F&B service providers and evaluate their offerings.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers and the business community to support pricing
and contractual negotiations.
• Assist in developing negotiation strategies and contribute to their execution with suppliers.
• Support the Pricing and Contracts team by providing insights during commercial negotiations with
F&B service providers.
• Contribute to the end-to-end RFX process, ensuring documentation compliance and providing
status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating contract execution, renewal, and termination with F&B service providers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Manager.

F. Educational and Experience Requirements
Minimum Education
requirements
• 3-year diploma in Hotel Management/ Bachelor’s Degree in
Hospitality/Statistics/Commerce, Operations Management, or any
related field
Experience
Minimum Desired
• Minimum % years of
experience as a financial
analyst with F&B background
in aviation, hotels involved in
Contractual negotiations.
• Sound working knowledge of
Microsoft Suite and
dashboards is required.
• Knowledge of culinary
operations and commercials
• Equipped with various
analytical skills
• Sound working knowledge of
business intelligence, software
and dashboards is required
