Position Title: Senior Manager - Sales Performance Management

Reports to: Head - Sales Strategy and Performance Management
Role Level: Senior Manager
Job Purpose
Develop Sales Performance Reporting capabilities through Salesforce and effective dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI).
Lead performance discussions with internal stakeholders with quarterly business review decks and KPI performance tracker
Analyze Sales performance and effectiveness of sales/revenue growth strategies
Create Annual Operating Plans and design effective Sales KPIs for different regions/channels
Key Accountabilities
Sales Performance Reporting & Analysis:
Lead the development and implementation of sales performance analytics and management strategies.
Create the detailed performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies.
Investigate and deep-dive in data to suggest performance related issues
Project Planning & Implementation:
Design and develop Annual Operating Plans – by PoS / Channel/ and design effective Sales KPIs for different regions/ channels, etc.
Participate in special projects and initiatives contributing to continuous improvements in sales performance management.
Should be willing to work on unstructured problems and contribute individually as well.
Team Management and Development:
Manage and mentor a team of performance analysts, including business analysts, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

Educational and Experience Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement
A Master's (MBA) degree is preferred with a strong academic background.
Minimum Requirement
3-5 years of experience in preferably in E-commerce /Retail/ FMCG/ Aviation industry
Desired Experience
2+ years experience preferably in the aviation industry such as commercial airlines, etc.
