Senior Manager - HR Technology
Job Description
Job Purpose
- Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of HR technology platforms, ensuring alignment with business and HR objectives.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to identify technology needs and deliver solutions that improve HR processes and employee experience.
- Lead HR technology projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new implementations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage all incidents and service requests related to these modules, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
- Lead integration efforts between SF modules and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements in all HR technology systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinate with vendors for resolution and continuous improvement
- Engage with HRBPs, business leaders, and functional heads to gather requirements and feedback
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers; Monitor SLAs, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality and compliance
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, integrations, SOPs, and user guides
- Provide technical guidance and support to HR teams, enabling effective use of HR systems and tools.
- Analyze HR data and generate insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology, recommending innovations to enhance HR service delivery.
Minimum Education Requirements |
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, or MBA - Human Resources or a related field. |

• 8 - 12 years of experience. • Significant experience in HR technology management. • Proven track record of leading HRIS/HRMS implementations and managing cross-functional projects. • Experience in stakeholder engagement and vendor management. |
• Experience in vendor governance and service delivery. • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards |
Skills Required for the role
Strong understanding of HR processes and digital HR solutions. |
Expertise in Recruiting , Onboarding, basic knowledge of Employee Central module of SuccessFactors |
