Reports To MarTech Lead
OVERVIEW
As a MarTech senior engineer, you will perform the MarTech related activities that involves multiple touch points across the website/mobile app flight booking, modification, check-in, inflight experience, up sell and cross sell experiences. You will play an impactful role in all kinds of marketing promotional campaigns and personalizing customer communications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform and execute the MarTech related activities that results in better customer experience across the Air India’s customers touch points.
- Collaborate with MarTech implementation team, Growth and Performance Marketing team, Solution architect team and other Product stake holders to provide support on all Marketing campaign deliverables.
- Delegate, Manage and Lead the MarTech team to enable use cases that elevate Loyalty lifecycle and customer experiences.
- Work with Marketing automation and analytics tool to enhance the digital marketing campaign optimization process.
- Leverage Adobe campaign, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics platforms to improve customer experiences around loyalty programs
- Leverage the marketing campaigns performances by using various tools and technology platforms.
- Apply MarTech tools in every customer journey to enhance the travel experience.
- Define practices that persist and provide long term values from marketing campaigns and customer engagements.
- Leverage In-Flight Entertainment experience by using Marketing Technology tools.
- Personalize customer experience and communications with the help of Marketing Technology tools and platforms.
REQUIRED
- 2+ years of experience in AEP, AJO, CJA, Adobe Analytics, Airline or Travel industry experiences are advantages.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing automating tools, Digital marketing, or social media platform experiences. Adobe Marketing platforms, Google Marketing platforms, Hubspot, Mailchimp or any other MarTech tools experiences.
- Experience in working with Branding, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Sales, Network Planning, and teams.
- Expertise in the following languages and technologies: HTML, HTML5, Java Script, CSS, XML, Developer tools etc.
- Expertise in Airline or Trip ticketing sale campaign workflow management and understanding the audience target criteria.
- Experience in documenting the Marketing campaign and customer experience enhancement requirements and task management.
- Experience in solution design documentations to solve problems related to Marketing and Customer engagements.
- Good practice in audience segmentations and profiling.
- Knowledge around mobile app and website functionalities and user experiences
- Knowledge around how schema works in customer profile management and data structuring.
