Senior Associate - Visual Media
Graphic Design
- Collaborate with Cabin Services trainers to understand requirements and conceptualise visuals that elevate training materials
- Create professional designs for training courses, presentations, workbooks, and digital learning content
- Develop high-quality illustrations, videos, animations, and other visual assets using industry-standard software
- Ensure all designs align with airline brand guidelines while effectively communicating key training concepts
- Create user-centred designs that enhance the learning experience and improve knowledge retention
- Transform complex data and procedures into clear, intuitive visual representation for training materials
- Test designs across various media and refine based on stakeholder feedback
- Apply principles of colour-theory, typography, and layout to create visually appealing materials
- Design print collaterals that support the cabin crew training experience
- Support the design capability development of curriculum design team members and cabin services trainers
- Designing for mobile learning platforms to support on-the-go training access
- Stay current with design trends and technologies in both aviation training and broader design fields
- Create digital designs for learning management systems and other training platforms
- Maintain design asset library to boost team production efficiency
- Interest in exploring new media formats and technologies for learning
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with trainers and curriculum designers to prioritise projects and implement tasks effectively
- Support skill development of team members in visual design and aspects of learning and development
- Contribute to content strategy discussions to ensure visual elements support overall training objectives
- Collaborate with training team to assess visual content effectiveness and iterate based on learner feedback
- Provide design guidance to help elevate the visual quality of all training materials
Skills/Qualities Required
Required Skills Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Applicable knowledge of animation and video editing
Familiarity with e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate) is beneficial but not mandatory |
Desired Skills Good to Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, (XD, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Animate, After Effects)
Visual/Graphic Design expertise and a Pixel perfect approach
Experience working on instructional design content. |

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
