Key Accountabilities
Operational Execution
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing trans-shipment operations to ensure timely and efficient cargo transfer between connecting flights.
Process Monitoring and Compliance
Monitor trans-shipment processes to minimize delays, mishandling, and damage, ensuring adherence to customs regulations, security protocols, and international air transport regulations.
Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with internal teams including cargo operations, ground handling, and flight operations to ensure integrated trans-shipment activities. Collaborate with external partners such as freight forwarders and customs authorities.
Performance Reporting
Collect data, analyze operational performance, and generate regular reports on trans-shipment activities, highlighting efficiency, compliance rates, and areas for improvement.

Educational and Experience Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in cargo operations, preferably with significant exposure to trans-shipment activities.
5+ years of experience in air cargo operations, particularly in a role involving extensive stakeholder management and regulatory compliance.
