Key Accountabilities
Functional Activities
Develop, design and create sales performance dashboards for Global Sales teams
Lead development of Agentic AI reporting initiatives with Digital team
Liaise with country managers and regional heads to gather sales inputs and feedback for ensuring accuracy in agency inputs, capturing ad-hoc initiatives
Responsible for handling sales dashboards repository, control reports access
Actively suggest solutions and recommended plan of action to improve performance of sales
Participate in the development of enterprise performance goals and KPIs
Additional responsibilities could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
