Senior Associate – MIS & Analytics

A.Job Purpose 
MIS & Data Analysis is responsible for supporting the management and optimisation of data reporting, analytics, and business intelligence processes. This role ensures accurate data collection, efficient reporting, and meaningful insights to aid decision-making. The candidate should have a strong background in MIS, data visualisation, and business analytics, along with the ability to streamline reporting processes and enhance data-driven strategies.

B.Key Accountabilities
1. Management Information Systems (MIS):
• Assist in designing and maintaining the organisation’s MIS framework.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in MIS reports.
• Support automation of data collection and reporting for efficiency.
• Coordinate with IT and business teams to improve MIS capabilities.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze business data to identify key trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards for senior management.
• Generate ad hoc reports and performance insights as required.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
3. Performance Monitoring & KPI Tracking
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business health.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support strategic planning.
• Identify reporting gaps and suggest improvements for better decision-making.
• Work closely with different departments to standardize reporting metrics.
4. Process Improvement & Automation
• Identify opportunities for improving data management and reporting processes.
• Implement automation tools to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Support data visualization and dashboarding initiatives.
5. Compliance & Data Governance
• Ensure all MIS and analytics reports comply with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Maintain data governance policies and best practices.
• Assist in ensuring secure access and proper utilization of business data.

C. Skills Required for the role 
Technical Skills & Soft Skills  
Analytical and problem-solving skills with Proficiency in digital tools
Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and database management. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Creative thinking and an innovative approach to problem solving. Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.


D.Key Performance Indicators
Data Accuracy & Quality
Measures the percentage of correct and error-free data in MIS reports.
Assess uniformity of data across multiple sources.
Business Impact & Analytics Effectiveness
Measures the accuracy of forecasting and predictive analytics models.
Tracks how many meaningful business recommendations come from analytics.

Internal Interfaces
•Contact Service Teams    
•Collaborate with other Contact Centre LOB Managers for identification of improvement opportunities, tracking and implementing changes
External Interfaces
•Vendor or Service Partners    
•Collaborate with vendors for process improvement implementation.

Educational and Experience Requirements
•Minimum Education requirements are a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
•Experience working with large datasets and data management tools.
5+ years of experience in MIS, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
