Job Description
- As part of the Internal Communications team, support the design and execution of internal communication strategies that align with organisational objectives and drive employee engagement.
- Collaborate with functions for timely dissemination of communication updates.
- Ensure that content across all internal channels is clear, consistent, and impactful.
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders such as Marketing/Brand teams to ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all internal touchpoints.
- Provide operational support for internal events as required.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications, providing actionable suggestions based on feedback.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Communications Support
- Assist in drafting/editing internal communication materials, including announcements, newsletters, and updates for various platforms.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of communications.
- Coordinate with functional teams to gather inputs for updates and messaging related to executive communications and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with weekly communication updates for management committee.
- Support the dissemination of HR updates and email communications.
- Compile employee grievances reported on Workplace.
Channel Management
- Manage internal communication channels, including Workplace, digital screens, and other digital and physical collaterals.
- Coordinate with D&T to resolve technical issues related to digital screens across HQ, Training Academy, CODi, and bases.
Brand Management
- Ensure brand strategy, assets, and guidelines are consistently maintained across internal departments, touchpoints, and channels.
- For procurement-related items, review pre-production samples and artwork prior to final production to ensure quality and brand compliance.
Event & Engagement Coordination
- Support town halls, live sessions, and other employee engagement events as required.
- Liaise/supervise with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality design and content for digital and physical collaterals.
Video Production
- Creating, shooting, and editing videos for leadership messages and employee engagement initiatives (both in-house and external).
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
