Job Purpose 

Senior Associate Human Factors- Flight Ops Safety team is responsible to the Manager HF Flight Ops Safety for all HF & CRM administrative, training and promotion related matters for Flight Ops Safety.

Key Accountabilities

Support to Manager HF

  • Manage and liaise with other departments for HF & CRM training programs daily
  • Monitor CRM Instructors/trainers under charge and schedule timely company and regulatory standardization checks
  • Conduct HF - CRM regulatory training on weekly basis
  • Conduct HF and fatigue review, CRM counselling and de-briefings for crew
  • Assist Manager HF Flt Ops Safety in developing HF and safety training promotion and awareness contents and deliverables
  • Assist Manager HF Flight Safety in fatigue risk management program
  • Assist Manager HF Flight Safety in Integrated Human Factors Charter

Operational Responsibility

  • Coordinate training requirements of pilots, cabin crew and dispatchers with CMS, DOPS, and Ground Training Planning
  • Oversee day-to-day administration of the HF-CRM regulatory training
  • Review voluntary Fatigue and CRM reports received from the assigned bases to the Manager HF Flt Ops Safety
  • Participate in fatigue review and promotional activities and regulatory compliance

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

 

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation/Management,

Desired

  • At least 3 years of aviation experience
  • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, industry best practices, and operational procedures;
  • Degree/Certification in Human Factors and/or Psychology will be an advantage
  • Have current commercial air transport experience as a cabin crew member.
  • Aviation/Training background will be an advantage
  • Experience with CRM Trainings
