A.    Job Purpose 

Proactive and detail-oriented Associate Manager to lead statutory compliance. This role demands strong expertise in Provident Fund regulations, end-to-end payroll compliance, and liaison capabilities with both internal and external stakeholders including auditors and government authorities. The ideal candidate will ensure 100% timely statutory payments and initiate key registrations. Good knowledge to manage International BRE claim.

B.     Key Accountabilities 

 Payroll Management
•    Payroll Compliance & Statutory Governance
    Manage end-to-end payroll compliance including deductions, filings, audits, and statutory returns.
    Ensure 100% on-time payment of statutory dues including PF, ESI, PT, and LWF.
•    Provident Fund Management
    Maintain expert-level knowledge of PF regulations and schemes.
    Liaise with PF authorities for inspections, clarifications, and compliance updates.
•    Statutory Registrations
    Initiate and oversee registration processes for LWF, PT, and ESI across applicable jurisdictions.
    Monitor renewal timelines and ensure uninterrupted compliance.
•    Finance Collaboration
    Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate statutory payments.
    Support reconciliation and reporting of compliance-related financial transactions.

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

D.    Educational and Experience Requirements

Minimum Education requirements     •    Bachelors/BBA/BMS/diploma in Personnel/Human Resource Management/ Law Graduate
Experience    Minimum    Desired
    •    3-4 years of experience in payroll statutory compliance (PF/ESI/PT/LWF). Deep knowledge in Provident Fund and liaison with PF authority.
•    Excel proficiency and digital skill    •    Core payroll statutory compliance.
•    Labor Law knowledge like Min Wages Act, Payment of Wages, Bonus Act, Gratuity etc
