Senior Associate Flight Data Monitoring
Role: Executive - FDM
A. Job Purpose
Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting flight data to identify potential safety risks, monitor operational performance, and implement effective safety measures.
B. Key Accountabilities
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

•Strong analytical ability to interpret safety data, flight reports, and trends.
•Knowledge of SMS concepts, risk management and safety assurance processes.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
•Knowledge of Safety principles & data analysis tools preferred.

F. Educational and Experience Requirements
Minimum Education requirements • Bachelor's degree in aviation, aeronautical flight Operations, aviation safety, or a related field / CPL/ AME diploma
• Accident/Incident Investigation Course or Safety Management System Certification preferred.
• Computer Literate
Experience
Minimum
• 1 years of experience in an Airline Safety. • or a Pilot/Engineer.
Desired
• 3+ years of experience in managing aviation safety programs. • Excellent Computer skills in Excel, PowerBi and PowerPoint.
