Senior Associate - Field Marketing Promotions
Job Description
Job Purpose
Support the development and execution of targeted B2B marketing strategies, focusing on promotional activities to enhance Air India's business relationships and market penetration within the Indian market.
Key Accountabilities
Promotional Campaign Support
Assist in the implementation of B2B marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with Air India’s strategic marketing plans and sales targets.
Support the coordination of promotional events, including logistics management, vendor coordination, and material distribution.
Marketing Collateral Development
Help in creating and customizing marketing collateral for B2B campaigns, including brochures, banners, and digital content, ensuring they meet the specific needs of targeted business clients.
Work with the creative team to ensure all promotional materials adhere to brand standards and effectively communicate the value of Air India’s offerings.
Event Coordination and Support
Assist in organizing and executing field marketing events such as trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate meetings.
Provide on-site support during events, managing booth setups, and engaging directly with potential business clients to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Performance Tracking and Analytics
Collect and analyze data from marketing campaigns and events to gauge their effectiveness.
Prepare reports summarizing outcomes and insights, contributing to the continuous improvement of marketing strategies under the guidance of the Lead – B2B Marketing India.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR
Skills/Qualities Required
Understanding of B2B marketing principles and the ability to apply them in creating effective promotional materials
Strong organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for interacting with internal teams and external partners
Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and content management platforms

Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align promotional activities with broader B2B marketing strategies

Coordinate with vendors and external agencies to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality promotional materials and event services
Minimum Education requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
3+ years’ experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably with exposure to B2B marketing and promotional activities
Prior experience in the aviation sector is an advantage
Experience in organizing and supporting marketing events and campaigns
