  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that contracts meet their needs and are aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to identify potential contractors and solicit proposals and bids.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors to regulate and control vendor and contractor productivity

 

  1. Educational and Experience Requirements

 

Minimum Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related field

 

 

 

 

  Experience

 

 

 

 

 

Minimum

 

  • 2-5 years of experience in engineering contract management, in an established setup.

 

 

 

Desired

 

  • 2-3 years of experience in engineering contract management, in an established setup
  • Experience in an Indian aviation company is an added advantage.
