Job Purpose
Partnering with the Lead on issues related with Employee Relations & Compliances.
Key Accountabilities
Draft and finalize disciplinary actions in accordance with organizational policies.
Support the management of legal cases and ensure timely resolution.
Liaise with Labour Authorities to address compliance issues and prepare formal responses.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and practices comply with Central, State, and local employment and labour laws.
Collect and analyze employee relations data and trends; develop and maintain dashboards for management review.
Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential records of employee relations cases, investigations, and outcomes.
Escalate significant employee or union-related matters to the Head of Employee Relations.
Implement corrective measures to resolve employee grievances effectively.
Oversee administrative requirements of the Employee Relations function.
Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends within the aviation industry to enhance organizational standards.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

Provision of timely and accurate support to Legal Department.
Dealing with Regulatory Authorities
Effectively dealing and addressing issues, correspondence etc with external stakeholders like labour authorities etc.
Collaborate with Regulatory Authorities for compliance related issues.
Interaction with various functional teams
Coordinate with various HRBP’s for speedy action in disciplinary cases.
Managing Data
Maintaining dashboards, reports, collecting and analysing data.

2 yrs plus experience in running COE’s in HR, managing initiatives and programs pertaining to Employee/ Industrial Relations
3+ years of experience in COE’s with focus on Employee/ Industrial Relations.
Experience in the aviation sector is an added advantage.
