Senior Associate- Cargo Systems and Process Analysis
A.Job Purpose
• The Cargo Systems & Process Analyst is responsible for driving the effective use, enhancement, and governance of cargo revenue management, pricing, RFS and interline. This role ensures processes and tools are optimized to support commercial decision-making, improve data integrity, and maximize revenue performance. Act as key liaison between business users, IT, and vendors, supporting team members to ensure consistent adoption of best practices.
B. Key Accountabilities
System Design and Data Management
•Support in implementation of Cargo Revenue Management system along with automation team.
•Support system enhancement initiatives, upgrades, and testing cycles in collaboration with IT, Automation and vendors.
•Ensure robust data integration, validation, and availability across all systems for revenue-critical decisions.
•Anticipate business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Analysis and System Optimization
•Conduct assessments and refine existing forecasting algorithms and system parameters, suggesting scalable enhancements. Continuously monitor the system's performance, recognizing trends and opportunities through in-depth data analysis and competitor benchmarking to improve overall system effectiveness.
•Analyze revenue performance trends and recommend adjustments to system parameters.
•Benchmark system performance against competitors and global best practices.
•Provide actionable insights to Pricing & RM teams to optimize yield and load factor.
Process Improvement and Vendor Management
•Streamline revenue management processes, integrate advanced technologies such as AI/ML in pricing strategies and forecasting models.
•Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual interventions.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
•Manage relationships with system vendors to ensure service quality, timely issue resolution, and contract compliance.
•Partner with internal Digital & Technology & Automation teams to ensure smooth functioning of all cargo RM systems.Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for system-related queries
People & Capability Development
•Mentor and support team members and cross-functional users in system utilization.
•Co create trainings and workshops to drive adoption of new features and processes.
Additional Responsibilities
• Undertake any other assigned responsibility, whether as a standalone project or regular work, as agreed upon between the incumbent, reporting officer, and HR.

E.Educational and Experience Requirements
Minimum Education requirements
•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Economics.
Experience
Minimum
•5-8 years of experience in managing revenue management systems or similar experience in an airline.
Desired
•4+ years of experience in cargo revenue management, pricing, systems, roles.
•Hands-on experience with RMS and cargo booking systems (e.g., PROS, RTS, iCargo).
•Proven track record of system/process enhancement and stakeholder management.
