Strategic Activities: • Contribute to the implementation of the IFS Strategic Plan that addresses: - Enable a “warm & professional” experience. - Build Crew for the future – upgrade skills. • - Achieve ‘best in class’s productivity.

Drive the implementation of the Cabin Crew Performance Monitoring Process Performance Management: 

• Ensure the Performance process adheres to the plan - check flights are systematically assigned and conducted; documentation is accurate, and process is complied.

• Assist with the selection and calibration of Performance Check crew. • Manage Performance Check Crew – productivity and development. • Conduct Check flights.

• Monitor Crew performance: track hi fliers & low performers [coaching | retraining | performance improvement initiatives].

• Monitor performance gaps, propose corrective actions to meet standards.

• This includes acting in alignment with Air India's disciplinary process, where employees show inability to meet standards and instructional objective. • Identify crew development needs, highlight opportunities for improved service on board and support the development requirements for career progression.

• Refine and improve assessment processes.

• Track performance trends from feedback – insights purposed for service improvements.

• Investigate critical incidents: report, recommend consequences, identify and suggest improvement opportunities.

• Investigate discipline cases with HR & Base: report; study root cause, suggest and finalise corrective action; monitor implementation. Talent Management:

• Manage the confirmation process and contract renewal process. 

• Assist with selection of Cabin Managers | CE’s | LCCC | Performance Check Crew | Line Trainers | fleet qualified Crew | VVIP Crew. • Assist with the promotion process – post successful training, ensure completion of checks and operationalised into the promoted position.
