Salesforce with upstream and downstream enterprise systems. Develop custom solutions using Apex (triggers, classes, batch jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, following Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
Work on Salesforce Data Cloud data streams, identity resolution, data transforms, and segment definitions. Integrate AI-driven case resolution, knowledge management, and predictive service features using Agent force within Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits and best practices while building advanced solutions using Flows, LWC, Apex, and AI-driven components.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements aligned with strategic objectives.
Stay updated on Salesforce innovations, including Einstein Copilot, Agent force orchestration, and generative AI integrations.
Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work.

Salesforce PD1 Certification (PD2 preferred).
· Experience with AI-driven personalization.
