Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Project Execution & Coordination
- Support planning, tracking, and execution of strategic projects across operational units (Engineering, IOCC, Cabin, Flight, Airport Ops).
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies using structured project management tools and dashboards.
- Ensure alignment of project outcomes with Vihaan.AI goals and operational KPIs.
Transformation Enablement
- Assist in embedding transformation frameworks across business units to drive scalability, agility, and operational predictability.
- Facilitate structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration to address legacy challenges and unlock efficiencies.
Governance & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and performance trackers for internal reviews and external audits.
- Support monthly PMO governance forums, including preparation of reports, presentations, and progress updates.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between PMO and designated BU transformation leads to ensure smooth execution and ownership of initiatives.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, and other support functions to enable cross-functional transformation.
Strategic Support
- Contribute to planning and execution of greenfield infrastructure projects (FTO, ATO, MRO, BMTC).
- Support EIS readiness programs to ensure seamless aircraft induction and operational preparedness.
Skills and Qualities Required
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong project management skills (planning, tracking, reporting).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Understanding of aviation operations or large-scale transformation programs.
- Data analysis and dashboarding capabilities.

Educational and Experience Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
Experience
- 6–8 years of experience in project management, operations, or transformation roles.
