Job Description

Key Accountabilities

Project Execution & Coordination

• Support planning, tracking, and execution of strategic projects across operational units (Engineering, IOCC, Cabin, Flight, Airport Ops).
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies using structured project management tools and dashboards.
• Ensure alignment of project outcomes with Vihaan.AI goals and operational KPIs.

Transformation Enablement

• Assist in embedding transformation frameworks across business units to drive scalability, agility, and operational predictability.
• Facilitate structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration to address legacy challenges and unlock efficiencies.

Governance & Reporting

• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and performance trackers for internal reviews and external audits.
• Support monthly PMO governance forums, including preparation of reports, presentations, and progress updates.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a liaison between PMO and designated BU transformation leads to ensure smooth execution and ownership of initiatives.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, and other support functions to enable cross-functional transformation.

Strategic Support

• Contribute to planning and execution of greenfield infrastructure projects (FTO, ATO, MRO, BMTC).
• Support EIS readiness programs to ensure seamless aircraft induction and operational preparedness.

Skills and Qualities Required

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong project management skills (planning, tracking, reporting).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
• Understanding of aviation operations or large-scale transformation programs.
• Data analysis and dashboarding capabilities.

Educational and Experience Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• An MBA or comparable advanced degree from a top-ranked university is preferred.

Experience

• 8+ years of progressive experience in project management, operations, or transformation roles, with at least 3 years in aviation or large-scale
