Job Description

  • Role Overview
    Manage end-to-end Supply Chain operations for Enterprise IT Infrastructure and Airport IT, including procurement, invoicing, budgeting, and spend management. Ensure timely vendor payments, valid contracts, and effective coordination with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and other stakeholders.


    Key Responsibilities

    1. Supply Chain & Procurement Operations

    • Act as liaison between D&T and Finance/Procurement teams
    • Manage PRs, ARs, POs, GRNs and SAP/Ariba processes
    • Handle end-to-end invoice lifecycle (validation, tracking, payments)
    • Resolve invoice issues (missing PO, incorrect mapping, vendor ownership)
    • Ensure timely payment clearance with Finance/AP teams
    • Maintain documentation for audit and compliance

    2. Budget & Spend Management

    • Track budget utilization and control CAPEX/OPEX spend
    • Perform monthly/quarterly budget vs actual analysis
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize spend

    3. Process Coordination

    • Validate service delivery before GRN and invoice approvals
    • Maintain accurate procurement records and dashboards
    • Track invoice aging and follow up on pending payments

    4. Stakeholder Management

    • Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Legal, Tax, Vendors, and Airport teams
    • Ensure timely issue resolution and execution of procurement processes
    • Support vendor communication and relationship management

    5. Governance & Reporting

    • Track procurement pipeline, invoice status, and budgets
    • Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards
    • Conduct periodic reviews for projects, vendors, and spend

    6. Airport & Program Governance

    • Run weekly reviews for regional airport operations
    • Ensure project tracking and timely updates
    • Support supply chain activities for airport teams

    7. FRT System Management

    • Manage Facial Recognition System (deployment, maintenance, audits)
    • Handle user management, automation, and issue resolution

    Learning & Development

    • Continuously improve through feedback and learning
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

    Skills Required

    • Supply chain and procurement knowledge
    • Invoice lifecycle and vendor management
    • Budgeting and financial planning
    • SAP Ariba/VIM expertise
    • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
    • 8–12 years of relevant experience in supply chain/IT operations
    • Strong Excel/PowerPoint/Power BI skills
    • PMP/PRINCE2 preferred
    • Knowledge of airline operations and compliance
