Assist in the seamless coordination and scheduling of training programs, optimizing resources, and supporting the airline's commitment to safety, compliance, and excellence in training
Key Accountabilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for Pilots, including training completion, certifications, and qualifications
Ensure training records are organized and accessible for audit purposes
Provide administrative support to the Technical Training (Flight Ops) and Training Planning (IOCC) teams in coordinating training schedules, logistics, and documentation
Assist in arranging training facilities, simulators, and equipment for all training sessions and workshops by liaising with the AI Training Academy
Collaborate with external training providers and partners to coordinate external training programs and certification courses for crew members
Support the maintenance and updating of the training calendar, ensuring that it reflects the most current schedule of training activities
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure seamless training delivery
Assist with the preparation and distribution of training materials as needed
Support effective communication with cockpit and cabin crew members regarding training schedules, updates, and requirements
Perform data entry tasks related to training schedules, attendance, and training completion records
Generation and monitoring of all training reports
Maintenance of Training Trackers to monitor the progress of training and resolving roadblocks/raising to relevant stakeholder whenever necessary
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

Bachelor’s degree and/or related field experience in an airline operational environment with appropriate DGCA license
