  1. Job Purpose
  • Assist in the seamless coordination and scheduling of training programs, optimizing resources, and supporting the airline's commitment to safety, compliance, and excellence in training
  1. Key Accountabilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for Pilots, including training completion, certifications, and qualifications
  • Ensure training records are organized and accessible for audit purposes
  • Provide administrative support to the Technical Training (Flight Ops) and Training Planning (IOCC) teams in coordinating training schedules, logistics, and documentation
  • Assist in arranging training facilities, simulators, and equipment for all training sessions and workshops by liaising with the AI Training Academy
  • Collaborate with external training providers and partners to coordinate external training programs and certification courses for crew members
  • Support the maintenance and updating of the training calendar, ensuring that it reflects the most current schedule of training activities
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure seamless training delivery
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of training materials as needed
  • Support effective communication with cockpit and cabin crew members regarding training schedules, updates, and requirements
  • Perform data entry tasks related to training schedules, attendance, and training completion records
  • Generation and monitoring of all training reports
  • Maintenance of Training Trackers to monitor the progress of training and resolving roadblocks/raising to relevant stakeholder whenever necessary

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

Technical Training Team

  • Coordinate with the Technical Training teams to document and assist in scheduling of training activities

Training Planning Team

  • Coordinate for schedule changes & information flow to make sure all gaps in communication & documentation are addressed at the earliest

External Interfaces

AI Training Academy

  • Coordinate with the Academy for all support requirements and make sure all trainings are conducted as per the planning schedule – assist pilots in case of any logistics / admin support
  1. Educational and Experience Requirements

Minimum Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or related field experience in an airline operational environment with appropriate DGCA license
