  1. Job Purpose

 

  • Develop Sales Performance Reporting capabilities through Salesforce and effective dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI).

 

  • Lead performance discussions with internal stakeholders with quarterly business review decks and KPI performance tracker

 

  1. Key Accountabilities

 

  • Take ownership of sales performance reports and present concise analysis summaries.
  • Develop Salesforce and Tableau reports in collaboration with IT and Product teams for external stakeholders.
  • Own end-to-end analysis and provide recommendations backed by data and logical reasoning.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of data sources, analysis procedures, and issues encountered to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
  • Prepare CXO review decks on a quarterly basis or as required for key updates.
  • Actively engage in training and development opportunities to enhance analytical capabilities and deepen understanding of the airline industry.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
