Develop Sales Performance Reporting capabilities through Salesforce and effective dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI).
Lead performance discussions with internal stakeholders with quarterly business review decks and KPI performance tracker
Key Accountabilities
Take ownership of sales performance reports and present concise analysis summaries.
Develop Salesforce and Tableau reports in collaboration with IT and Product teams for external stakeholders.
Own end-to-end analysis and provide recommendations backed by data and logical reasoning.
Maintain meticulous documentation of data sources, analysis procedures, and issues encountered to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Prepare CXO review decks on a quarterly basis or as required for key updates.
Actively engage in training and development opportunities to enhance analytical capabilities and deepen understanding of the airline industry.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
