Manager - Sales Performance Management

Job Description

Job Purpose - Responsible for creating digital assets (Data Science Modelling & Analytics) for sales performance management team to provide data backed actionable insights for the senior management and the sales team

Functional Activities

• Support in the design, operation, and enhancement of performance measurement and analytics capabilities across the sales function
• Data Analysis and Modelling: (Advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets, develop predictive models)
• Assist in building performance management capabilities for the sales function and further advice on best practices in line with industry/competitor practices
• Support the development of performance measures in line with industry trends and practices; monitor competitor performance and asses its application in the organizations context
