Manager Finance Business Partner

Financial Planning & Budgeting:

• Lead the financial planning and budgeting processes for the D&T Function, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with D&T leaders to develop comprehensive budgets and financial plans.

Business Partnering – D&T:

• Act as the primary financial business partner to the D&T Function, providing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations.
• Foster strong relationships with D&T leaders to understand financial needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Provide support in decision making by translating the operating parameters and various other factors into financial parameters with recommendation

Cost Analysis and Optimization:

• Conduct detailed cost analysis for IT projects and operations, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Provide recommendations to D&T leaders on resource allocation and cost-saving initiatives.

Financial Reporting:

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for the D&T Function, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.
• Communicate financial information clearly to D&T leaders and other stakeholders.

Forecasting and Performance Monitoring:

• Develop and maintain financial forecasts for D&T initiatives, monitoring actual performance against forecasts.
• Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and communicate the financial health of IT projects and operations.

Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with D&T leaders in the development and execution of strategic financial plans aligned with D&T and organizational objectives.
• Provide financial insights to support IT strategy development and implementation.

Vendor Management:

• Work closely with D&T procurement and vendor management teams to analyze and optimize IT-related vendor contracts and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with financial terms and conditions in vendor agreements.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-al teams to ensure seamless integration of financial strategies with overall business objectives.
• Support and contribute to broader financial planning and analysis initiatives within the Business Partner Function.
