Job Description

Consumer Insights Management

•            Develop and execute methodologies for collecting and analyzing consumer data that support Air India’s strategic marketing initiatives.

•            Synthesize findings from diverse data sources, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive business and marketing strategies.

Strategic Research Initiatives

•            Lead targeted research projects to uncover insights about customer behaviors, preferences, and trends, directly supporting marketing and brand strategy.

•            Manage relationships with market research vendors to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of research findings

Data-Driven Strategy Support

•            Provide key insights that assist in the development of Air India’s marketing campaigns, helping to tailor offerings to meet the nuanced needs of diverse customer segments.

•            Collaborate with the analytics team to integrate consumer insights into broader business analytics frameworks, enhancing overall strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

•            Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to ensure insights are effectively translated into enhanced customer experiences and marketing tactics.

•            Engage with IT and data management teams to improve data collection and visualization tools, ensuring insights teams have access to real-time analytics.

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time 

as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
