Job Description

  • Facilitate a culture of collaboration and camaraderie among cabin crew members, ensuring a cohesive and motivated team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and safety standards onboard.
  • Act as a liaison between cabin crew and management, championing the needs and concerns of the team while aligning operational goals with a focus on crew well-being and engagement.
  • Develop strategies to improve engagement, and manage programs designed to foster team members, including but not limited to retention, recognition, diversity, wellness, and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment. Also, provide various administrative and operational support to the team.
  • Drive controllable Long Non availability of cabin crew.
    • Develop tailored initiatives to enhance crew morale and teamwork, leveraging insights from crew feedback surveys and performance evaluations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate crew engagement strategies into overall company objectives and operational plans.
    • Manage base transfer requests raised by crew members, keeping it aligned with operational head count requirements.
    • Conduct road shows pertaining to crew engagement, wellbeing, policy awareness at bases and AITA.
    Manage all crew wellbeing processes and connect with the crew to provide assistance as and when required.
