Job Description

A. Job Purpose

Support the Performance & Productivity team with first-level analysis, data management, and PMS system administration to ensure smooth execution of the performance management process.

B. Key Accountabilities

PMS System Management (Ground Staff):

  • Create/manage templates for goal setting, performance reviews, and PIPs.
  • Launch/manage forms during PMS cycles.
  • Coordinate with HR Tech for issue resolution and enhancements.
  • Ensure accurate employee data in HRMS for PMS execution.

Merit-Demerit Matrix (Crew):

  • Maintain/update matrices for Cabin Crew and Pilots on PMS system.

PMS Analysis & Reporting:

  • Generate reports on PMS completion, rating distribution, KRA effectiveness, performance evaluation, IDPs, and IMPACCT assessments.
  • Share insights with Learning and Talent Management teams.

Employee Support & Capability Building:

  • Resolve employee queries via email/ticketing tools within TAT.
  • Coordinate with Learning team to roll out PMS-related training.

Special Initiatives:

  • Support surveys, new feature rollouts, communications, and awareness campaigns.

Employee Productivity:

  • Streamline and implement productivity-related policies/processes, especially for crew, in collaboration with HRBPs and business teams.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Handle projects or tasks as assigned by the reporting officer and HR.

E. Key Interfaces

Internal:

  • Performance & Rewards Head: Co-design PMS framework aligned with career progression and development.
  • HRBPs: Guide on PMS tools and processes.
  • Flight Ops & In-Flight Services: Collaborate on crew-specific PMS systems.

External:

  • Vendors/Suppliers: Coordinate for implementation and maintenance of PMS platforms and tools.

F. Educational & Experience Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/BBA/diploma in HR or Personnel Management

Experience:

  • Minimum: 3+ years in data analysis and PMS program management
  • Desired: 5–6 years in PMS design/implementation, preferably in aviation
