Lead Engineer - Enterprise IT Infra

Job Description

• SFTP Management (Oversee SFTP application and user activities)
• Quickly resolve SFTP issues for internal and external users
• Monitor SFTP application on daily basis
• Support SFTP clients on Windows and Mac devices
• Support PowerShell scripts on Windows Server
• Maintain Windows Server OS running SFTP application
• Coordinate with stakeholders for timely SFTP integration
• Documentation of all sftp Data transfer activity
• Proficient in using applications such as WinSCP and FileZilla on both Windows and macOS platforms
• PowerShell scripting to automate tasks, integrate systems, and streamline workflows
• Working knowledge of Windows Server management
• Cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure and GCP an added advantage
• Network Firewall Concepts
• Remote support application
• Proficiency in Communication (Written/Oral skills)
