Job Description

Role Purpose

The AEM Authoring Lead & Content Operations will own end-to-end CMS execution and content operations across Air India’s digital platforms on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring high-quality, scalable and compliant content delivery for campaigns, SEO and personalization programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. CMS & Campaign Delivery Ownership

  • Own daily AEM authoring operations across all Air India web and app properties.
  • Lead authoring delivery for:
    • Sale and campaign landing pages
    • SEO route and city-based landing pages
    • Ancillary merchandising pages (Seats, Baggage, Meals, Lounge etc.)
    • App CMS content
    • Adobe Target–integrated personalized landing pages
  • Ensure zero-defect go-lives, page hygiene, metadata completeness and SEO compliance.

2. CMS Governance & Process Excellence

  • Define and enforce CMS SOPs, naming conventions, URL and redirect governance and DAM standards.
  • Own authoring SLAs for campaign and SEO launches.
  • Drive CMS audits covering broken links, performance hygiene, metadata health and accessibility readiness.

3. Personalization & Experimentation Enablement

  • Execute AEM–Adobe Target integrated personalization and A/B testing programs.
  • Govern Experience Fragments and component-level content variations.
  • Support campaign and journey-based personalization rollouts.

4. Digital Asset Management (DAM) Governance

  • Own DAM taxonomy, metadata frameworks, rendition quality, asset lifecycle and folder governance.
  • Ensure asset readiness for SEO, web, app and personalization use cases.

5. SEO Content Scalability Programs

  • Lead large-scale SEO page programs including city–city routes, geo-based content and structured SEO templates.
  • Partner with Growth and SEO teams to ensure technical SEO compliance.

6. Release, QA & Go-Live Ownership

  • Own UAT sign-offs, pre-go-live QA checklists and production deployment coordination.
  • Partner with DevOps and IT teams for seamless releases.

7. Automation & Productivity Enablement

  • Identify repetitive authoring processes and partner with Martech/Product teams to automate workflows and scripts.

Experience & Skills

  • 3–4+ years in AEM Sites & Assets authoring / CMS operations
  • Strong experience in Templates, Components, MSM, Experience Fragments, Adobe Target integrations, SEO authoring and DAM governance
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale CMS programs in airlines, BFSI, OTA or e-commerce preferred.
