Responsible for overseeing the analysis of IOCC data and identifying actionable insights to support strategic decision making.
Key Accountabilities
Data Analytics and Insights
Oversee the analysis of operational data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed decision-making.
Develop and maintain analytics models and algorithms to support forecasting, optimization, and performance monitoring.
Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior management, to support strategic decision-making.
Optimize and enhance the analytics solutions through consistent performance monitoring.
Oversee the utilization of data visualization tools to present IOCC data in visually compelling dashboards and reports.
Establish governance processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in IOCC analytics.
Team Leadership
Provide leadership and guidance to the Analytics team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to team members.
Mentor and develop team members, identifying opportunities for growth and skill enhancement.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

Educational and Experience Requirements
Education requirements
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Desired: Advanced degree (e.g., master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in data analytics, or a related role with an understanding of operational processes and challenges.
6+ years of experience in data analytics, including experience with relevant tools, technologies, and methodologies.
Experience in the aviation sector is an added advantage.
