Job Title: Head of Data & Insights 

Job Summary: The Head of Data & Insights will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data-driven strategies, data engineering, reporting, analytics and Data science solutions using Azure, Databricks, PowerBI and other toolsets. This role requires a strong understanding of data analytics, data engineering, and data science, as well as experience in managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies, data engineering, reporting, analytics and Data science solutions using Azure, Databricks, PowerBI and other toolsets 
• Manage a team of data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new data-driven features and solutions 
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new data technologies and methodologies to maximize data-driven insights and decision-making 
• Ensure that all data-driven solutions meet quality standards and are fully tested before release 
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members 

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 
• At least 20 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, and data science, with a focus on Azure, Databricks, PowerBI 
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, data engineering, and data science frameworks and technologies 
• Experience in managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
