Responsible for delivering specialized theoretical training to pilots, focusing on technical aspects crucial for their roles. Working under the guidance of the Deputy Chief Ground Instructor, ensuring pilots receive comprehensive theoretical knowledge essential for their operational efficiency and safety.
Key Accountabilities
Curriculum Development and Instructional Delivery
Design comprehensive technical training programs focusing on aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and technical regulations.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with industry standards.
Conduct interactive classroom instruction sessions utilizing a variety of teaching methods and multimedia resources.
Adapt teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and preferences among pilot trainees.
Regularly review and update training curriculum to incorporate industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.
Ensure training materials remain current and aligned with operational requirements.
Training Program Administration and Compliance
Oversee scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation for technical training programs.
Ensure efficient coordination and smooth operation of classroom training activities.
Maintain compliance with aviation regulations, company policies, and industry standards in all aspects of technical training delivery.
Collaborate closely with the Deputy Chief Ground Instructor to align technical training programs with overall objectives and standards.
Interface with regulatory authorities to provide documentation and evidence of compliance during audits and inspections.
