Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Marketing, E-Commerce, and Loyalty function. This role involves managing complex calendars, facilitating strategic initiatives, coordinating high-level meetings, and handling confidential information.
KeyAccountabilities
Administrative Support
Manage and prioritize the Head's calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and efficient time management.
Arrange and coordinate strategic meetings, including leadership team meetings, board meetings, and external partner engagements.
Strategic Initiative Support
Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives
Conduct research and gather relevant data to support strategic decision-making
Track and monitor progress on strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and reporting.
Communication Management
Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the Head
Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for key stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners
Project Management Support
Support the execution of strategic projects, working closely with cross-functional teams
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular updates to the Head
Identify potential risks and issues, proactively proposing solutions to ensure successful project outcomes
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field

5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior-level executives, preferably in strategic functions
Experience in project management, budgeting, and event planning is highly desirable
Prior experience in Aviation sector is an advantage
