Job Overview
The holder of this position will be responsible for implementation of the Planned rosters and handling of day of Operation for the Cockpit Crew
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize coverage line roster for A320/B787/777 /350 fleet on CAE system
- Update/extend crew sickness and fatigue & leave or as advised by the TL’s & HOD
- Share adhoc hotel/transport & lounge requirements to the stakeholders
- Creating optimize pairing in day ops window
- Generating standbys in day ops window
- Attempt minimum disturbance of crew roster during flight coverage and standby generation.
- Maintaining and updating of trackers prepared for projections.
- Replying of emails/SNOW as per policy within the SLA.
- Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
- Flight coverage D, D+1,2,3
Skills & Attributes
- CAE knowledge preferred.
- Good level of proficiency in spoken and written English
- Good Team Player
- Strong IT skills including MS Office applications
- Reports and dashboards
- Having a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
Work Experience
- 2 to 3 years’ work experience
- prior experience in Roster Planning/scheduling of Cockpit Crew preferred
- Prior experience in CAE systems
Qualification
- Graduate from a recognized university
