Job Purpose
- Responsible for providing comprehensive training and development to cabin crew members to ensure the highest standards of customer service, inflight leadership, safety, and efficiency in all in-flight operations.
- Develop foundational service and professional competencies that enable newly inducted cabin crew to transition confidently and effectively into operational roles
- Responsible to conduct training for cabin crew, including proper maintenance of quality standards through identifying gaps & ascertaining training needs
- Ensure continuous improvement in training methodologies and processes to ensure high-quality, compliant, and efficient Abinitio training for cabin crew

Cabin Services Training
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support in the development and implementation of training programs for cabin crew members that align with the airline's brand and customer service standards across training (Service & Personality Development)
- Track new joiners throughout the induction period and make sure the required headcount is available for further training / flying operations.
- Assist in monitoring the progress of trainee cabin crew throughout the induction journey and provide updates on trainee readiness and development.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support trainee performance follow-ups, engagement activities, and developmental interventions.
- Support trainee integration through regular guidance, welfare check-ins, and assistance throughout the training lifecycle.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of graduation and release-related activities to support smooth deployment into operations.
- Periodically review the effectiveness of training programs and share inputs and recommendations for improvements.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to cabin crew training and support the incorporation of relevant updates into training content.
Key accountabilities
- Organize training courses, including training materials, trainer guides, and logistics for Cabin Service training
- Monitor trainee feedback, sharing structured feedback to continuously enhance and align training modules and propose new training initiatives where required, as part of the organization’s continuous service improvement strategy.
- Support adherence to cabin crew standard operating procedures to relevant aviation regulations and requirements.
- Conduct all theoretical and practical training in accordance with the approved training structure and support the monitoring of trainee performance.
- Maintain training documentation, including attendance records and assessment results, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and streamlined record-keeping.
- Ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks pertaining to training and vertical specific responsibilities.
- Conduct Onboard Coaching, mentoring flights and Roadshows.
- Contribute towards training activities in accordance to the organization’s financial objectives and propose efficient and cost-effective training activities.
- Demonstrates continuous self-development and readiness to be effectively deployed across a wide range of training programs.
- Maintain records of training sessions and support analysis of their impact on crew performance through measurable outcomes.
- Timely completion of assigned responsibilities to ensure a smooth and seamless training experience.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the Abinitio and specialized training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain a comprehensive Abinitio training curriculum for cabin crew, ensuring alignment with operational changes.
- Contribute to Abinitio training content enhancement by incorporating industry best practices, service innovations, and feedback from operations into Abinitio modules.
- Support in the development of engaging and interactive Abinitio training sessions, ensuring strict adherence to regulations and exceptional customer service standards.
- Coach and mentor newly inducted cabin crew and monitor the Abinitio Training journey.
- Foster a positive and inclusive culture within the cabin crew team by providing guidance and support.
- Conduct checks on cabin crew accommodation and ensure regular feedback on standards and quality of accommodation.
- Contribute to the development and review of training content, assessments, trainer guides, e-learning modules and learning resources as part of assigned working groups.
- Support benchmarking visits and Leadership walkarounds for external stakeholders.
- Support pilot deliveries of new or revised training content and provide structured feedback on trainee engagement, content effectiveness, and delivery experience.
- Support cross-utilization across training, while contributing to vertical initiatives and task assignments as required.
- Contribute towards the development of revenue generation & cross functional workshops
- Participate in training content enhancement initiatives by incorporating feedback, operational learnings, and identified training needs into assigned modules.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
