Responsible for training related to cabin services, including proper maintenance of quality standards through identifying gaps & ascertaining correct training needs.
Responsible for providing comprehensive training and development to cabin crew members to ensure the highest standards of customer service, leadership, and efficiency and safety in all in-flight operations.
B. Key Accountabilities
Cabin Services Training
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support in the development and implementation of training programs for cabin crew members and any training that may be assigned that align with the airline's brand and customer service standards
Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
Keep up to date with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to training and conduct independent research and self-study to upskill and upgrade knowledge.
Monitoring training feedback, assessing cabin services training courses and amending and proposing new training courses where required, as part of the company’s continuous service improvement strategy.
Organizing training courses, including course materials, contributors, and logistics for Cabin service training
To ensure that cabin crew standard operating procedures comply with relevant aviation regulations and requirements in particular
Ensuring that all theoretical and practical training is conducted as per schedule.
Ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks.
Ensures training activities meet the organization’s financial objectives and hence propose efficient and cost-effective training activities.
Conduct Onboard Coaching, mentoring flights and Roadshows (if required)
Develop self to cross-train across various Courses for line Crew and Initial Crew
In charge of regularly reviewing the records of training sessions for employees and analyze whether the sessions have helped crew improve their performances through measurable outcomes
Specialised Duties will be assigned to the role holder as per the vertical assigned.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
