  1. Job Purpose
  • Responsible for designing and delivering training programs that promote a professional and polished appearance for cabin crew members
  1. Key Accountabilities

Image and Style

  • Develop and implement training programs for cabin crew members that promote a professional and polished image aligned with the company's brand and values
  • Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for new and existing cabin crew members on grooming, uniform selection, etiquette, and personal branding
  • Develop training materials such as training manuals, presentations, and videos, in collaboration with the Training Department
  • Stay up to date with the latest fashion and grooming trends, and incorporate them into training programs
  • Execute personal branding training programs that align with the company's image and values
  • Monitor cabin crew performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop training plans to address any issues related to image and style.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including HR and Marketing, to ensure that cabin crew training programs align with the company's overall strategy and objectives
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

  1. Educational and Experience Requirements

Minimum Education requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field
  • Credentials from esteemed Cabin Crew institute

Experience

Minimum

Desired

  • 3+ years relevant experience in Image and Style; 6+ years of experience as Cabin Crew 
  • 5+ years relevant experience in Image and Style; 10+ years of experience as Cabin Crew
