Coordinate the logistics of crew layovers, including accommodation, transportation, and other necessary arrangements.

Assist in timely and accurate communication with crew members regarding layover details, like hotel check-in/check-out procedures, transportation schedules, etc.

Collaborate with hotels and accommodation providers to secure suitable accommodations for crew members during layovers.

Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines when selecting and booking accommodations considering factors like safety, comfort, station proximity cost, etc.

Assist transportation arrangements for crew members during layovers, including airport transfers and local transportation as required.

Collaborate with transportation service providers to ensure timely and efficient transportation services, considering crew schedules and local traffic conditions.

Address any transportation-related issues or emergencies that may arise.

Interact with crew members by maintaining open lines of communication and ensuring their well-being and comfort during layovers.

Coordinate with other departments to fulfill any special requests or requirements

Maintain compliance with company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements regarding layover operations, accommodation, transportation, and crew welfare.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to layover operations and implement necessary measures to enhance compliance and service quality.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR
